What will the sales tax be on my order?
Sales tax in Texas is 8.25 percent. Tax is not applicable on orders shipped of outside Texas.
When and how will my order ship?
We put lots TLC into creating Bella Madre jewelry, which means there may be a little extra time before your pieces ship. (Especially on one-of-a-kind orders — we think you'll agree, though, that they are worth the wait!) Unless otherwise specified, we'll ship your order via USPS. You will see shipping costs when you check out based on the merchandise you order, the shipping speed you choose and your location.
How much is shipping?
Our shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your shipping will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. We utilize real-time rates through the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship all of our merchandise and offer several rate options depending on your preference and budget. For extra security, we ship all of our packages with the signature required feature. This additional feature is already built into the rate you choose, so need to worry about additional costs. We want you to feel confident your valuables will arrive undamaged, securely and on time.
When does my gift card expire?
All gift cards expire one year after purchase.

Repairs and Returns
What if the jewelry I ordered needs repairs when I receive it?
If your jewelry needs repairs when you receive it because of production or manufacturing issues, notify us within 48 hours. If we approve your request, please ship the piece back to us packed the way it was when you received it to ensure that it arrives safely. Shipping costs on repairs of unworn items purchased within 48 hours are covered by Bella Madre.
For repairs on pieces that you have worn, please seek out a trusted, local jewelry repair specialist who can help you give your Bella Madre pieces a long, beautiful life.
What if I need to return my purchase?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Bella Madre jewelry. If you are ever less than thrilled, we do offer store credit or an exchange on returned items. We require that you notify us within 48 hours if you wish to return merchandise. If we approve your request, please ship the piece back to us packed the way it was when you received it to ensure that it arrives safely. Shipping costs on returns are not covered by Bella Madre.

We use the information you give us (name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number and credit card information) only to process and ship your order. We will never sell or share your personal info.
