In-Stock Items
Pieces that are in-stock are available for pickup at the Bella Madre showroom by appointment only or can be shipped directly to you. Shipments on in-stock items typically arrive within 5-7 business days.
Pre-Order & Personalized Items
Pieces designated as "Made-to-Order" or “Personalized” are created upon ordering with your sizing and specifications. Most pieces arrive in 3-4 weeks, but please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery on personalized pieces.

Repairs & Resizing
- Jewelry by nature can be very delicate. However, we stand behind the quality of our pieces. Bella Madre offers a complimentary 90-day limited warranty on all fine jewelry purchases.
- This warranty includes issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, loose diamonds/prongs, missing stones or broken clasps/chains. The warranty does not include issues that arise from normal wear and tear.

Returns & Exchanges
- We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! However, if you are not, we offer exchanges or store credit within 7 days of receipt of your purchase.
- We do not offer refunds.
